Returns and Refunds Policy
1. Return period (withdrawal)
The Customer has a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order to request the return of one or more products, without needing to state a reason, except for the exceptions provided by law and included in this policy.
2. Products eligible for return

Coffee and chocolate:

Returns are only accepted when the products are unopened, unsealed, in perfect condition and within 14 days of receipt.

Returns of coffee or chocolate that has been opened or handled will not be accepted for health and hygiene reasons.

Handicrafts (for example, bracelets):

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided the product is in perfect condition and shows no signs of use beyond what is necessary to verify its nature and characteristics.

If the product arrives damaged or defective, it is recommended to notify AlmAmericas within the first 48 hours of receipt to manage the issue more effectively (for example, with the transport company).

3. Procedure for requesting a refund
To request a refund, the Customer must:

Name and surname

Products to return

Reason for return (optional for withdrawal; required if the product is damaged or incorrect)

AlmAmericas will respond with instructions for sending the return and, if applicable, the exact delivery address (by default it will be the same as the tax address):

4. Return shipping costs

In case of withdrawal by decision of the Customer (without error of AlmAmericas):

The Customer will assume the direct costs of shipping the return .

In case of a defective product, damage during transport or shipping error attributable to AlmAmericas:

AlmAmericas will assume the return costs or propose an equivalent solution (collection, replacement, voucher, etc.), by mutual agreement with the Customer.

5. Conditions of the returned product
The products must be returned:

In its original packaging , with labels and accessories included.

No damage or signs of misuse.

In the case of food, it must be unsealed and in perfect condition.
AlmAmericas reserves the right not to accept the return if, after receipt, it is found that the product is not in the indicated conditions.
6. Refunds
Once the return has been received and the condition of the products has been verified, AlmAmericas will proceed with the refund within a reasonable time, using the same payment method used by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.
In the event of cancellation, the cost of the returned products and, where applicable, the standard shipping costs initially paid will be refunded. Additional costs for special shipping methods (urgent, express, etc.) will not be refunded, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable regulations.
